Shipping & Payment Information

 

Where do you ship?

We ship virtually everywhere across the globe, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania and our home - Australia. We use major, trusted International carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely and securely. Please be advised that International orders may be subject to duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any possible duties and taxes applied to your package. As fees vary per country, you should contact your local customs office for more information.

When will my order ship?

After payment is verified, it usually takes us only 24 hours to process and ship your order! (Monday - Friday & excluding holidays). Purchases made after 10 am AEST on Friday will not be shipped out until the following Monday.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping during promotions, otherwise your shipping will be calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

After your order is processed and shipped, Domestic orders will take an estimated 1-3 business days and International orders will take an estimated 5-10 business days to arrive.

I haven’t received my package yet - What should I do?

Please get in touch with us at contact@brothernature.limited - we’ll be more than happy to check on the status of your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We want to have your order ready and shipped to you as soon as possible! So, this may limit our ability to add items to your initial order or to prevent a package from shipping. However, please contact us at contact@brothernature.limited and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Return Policy

 

What is your return policy? 

All new Brother Nature products can be returned for a full refund if you aren't happy with the product or simply change your mind. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the items. All return refunds exclude shipping costs. Please note, timepieces and sunglasses must be returned in their original condition. Contact us at contact@brothernature.limited so we can start the return process.  

I just received my watch but it arrived broken - What do I do?

Please contact us at contact@brothernature.limited describing the issue with your product and attach photo’s showing the fault.

Do you offer a Warranty on your timepieces?

If there is a problem with the quality of your timepiece, you can return it for a replacement within the first 3 months of purchase.

Is my Brother Nature timepiece waterproof?

All Brother Nature timepieces are splash proof, however, they are not waterproof. We know you already have a great utility watch for surfing and other adventure sports. Rather, your Brother Nature timepiece is designed for everyday wear. Due to the porous nature of wood, please avoid surfing, swimming and showering while wearing your timepiece. 

What type of leather is used?

Brother Nature Leather Strap Timepieces and Limited Timepieces are made with genuine untreated leather.

What type of wood is used?

All Brother Nature timepieces and sunglasses are handmade with 100% Bamboo, Maplewood and/or Sandalwood, making each watch unique to the grain and lightweight.
